What are Your Fees?

The fees are as follows:

Full Management Service:
Management fee: 10% of rental income received
Initial set up fee: £250
New tenancy fee: £195
Inventory fee: From £95
Deposit registration fee: £35

Tenant Find Only Service:
One off fee of £350

Who is the Deposit Scheme With?

The deposit will be held with The Deposit protection Service (The DPS).

Do I Have Rent Protection Insurance?

We have a gained a knowledge of the local market and area able to provide honest valuations based up the size, location, quality of a property to ensure that it does not sit empty on the market for long periods. We work hard to match tenants to a property that is suitable for their needs, whilst ensuring their affordability so as to minimise any rent arrears.

Rent Protection Insurance is available to landlords and can be arranged at the start of any tenancy.

Client accounting is verified through The Lettings Partnership who provide a ring-fenced client account which is reconciled on a daily basis to avoid financial errors. Client Money Protection (CMP) is through Money Shield.

How do I Log Into My Tenant/Landlord Portal?

Both tenants & landlords will have full access to their own accounts. 

Tenants are able to see when their rent is due and how much they owe, when maintenance certificates are due and any routine maintenance that has been booked.

Landlords will have access to their own online portal and can see when rent is due and how much, properties that have been advertised, routine maintenance and due certificates.
